Easy chazuke of bonito pole and tororo kombu

How to make
Cut the bonito to a thickness of about 5 mm, entwin it with dark soy sauce, and soak it for about 5 to 10 minutes.
While soaking, chop the three leaves for condiments, slice the ginger thinly and cut it vertically to make needle ginger. Crispy plums are seeded and chopped to the desired size.
Add bonito broth, light soy sauce, salt, and umami seasoning to make a soup stock.
To finish, put ❶ bonito, ❷ condiments, cut sesame seeds, and tororo kombu on top of hot rice, sprinkle hot soup stock, and put seaweed on top.
Put hot rice in it, spread the bonito evenly, heat it, and sprinkle a generous amount on the bonito little by little and cook it lightly.
