How to make

Splendid alfonsino keeps scales and internal organs clean

Cut potatoes and zucchini into round slices, and cut carrots into beats. Cut paprika vertically and divide the tofu into two equal parts.

Shred the green onions along the fibers and leave them in cold water.

Spread kelp on a plate, put ❶ and ❷ on it, and sprinkle with sake and salt.

Put water in a steamer and bring to a boil over high heat, add ❹ and steam for 20 minutes.

After steaming, add ❸ and soak in ponzu soy sauce.

・ If you are worried about the smell of fish, add ginger with vegetables and steam.
