How to make

A: Cut the ears (the part curled on the back of the shade) so that they do not touch the folds.

B: Take the root part of the shaft, slice the hard part near the root thinly, and slice it thicker as it gets closer to the shade.

C: Make a grid-like notch with a fineness of about 1 mm on the fold side.

D: Peel the skin of the shade part thinly, make a cut and divide it in half.

E: Wrap the peeled skin in a fan shape

Bake B, C, D, E on a hot plate heated to 100 ° C (A is placed on C, D, not directly on the iron plate)

After sprinkling salt on the whole, cover it.

Steam it for 2 to 3 minutes, and when A becomes soft, put it on a plate and sprinkle it with furikake.
