How to make
Peel the shrimp potatoes, wash them well and boil them for 10 to 15 minutes. After boiling, expose to water.
Make Happo dashi with bonito broth, light soy sauce, and mirin, and simmer the shrimp potatoes on low heat for about 30 to 40 minutes. After boiling, save the water well.
Add flour to shrimp potatoes and fry in oil (not included in the amount) at 170-180 ° C.
Make porridge, first spread the shrimp potatoes in boiled juice, thicken with water-soluble potato starch, make bean paste, and add grated wasabi.
Place the shrimp potatoes on a plate and sprinkle with the bean paste.
