How to make

Smooth the ingredients in A with a food processor.

Put yam in ❶.

Finely chop the onion, soak it in water, squeeze it well with kitchen paper, and put it in ❶.

Roll ❹ with a spoon etc., put it in oil at 160 ℃, and gradually raise the temperature (upper limit 180 ℃).

When it becomes plump, remove it from the oil, serve it, and it's done.

The strange salt is completed by mixing salt with your favorite seasoning.
