うざくみぞれ掛け

MaterialFor 3-4 people

Unagi Kabayaki (Large)
※Kamaage sakura shrimp may be used instead. 
Radish (head)1/4
1 or 2 cucumbers 
Wasabi or old root ginger, appropriate amount 
Sanbaizu
2 tablespoons of vinegar 
1 teaspoon sugar 
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce 
Dashi soup 2-3 tablespoons 

How to make

Warm the kabayaki and cut it into strips.

Grate the radish (finely).

Make cucumber salt fir (salt is not included).

Make three cups of vinegar (commercially available sushi vinegar is acceptable).

Combine ❷❸❹ to make sleet. The point here is the grated squeezed condition and the salted plums of salted fir. This will change the area around Sanbaizu.

Sprinkle the sleet on the individually piled kabayaki strips.

Grated wasabi or ginger.

Because it is an ordinary ingredient other than kabayaki, choose local products with a focus on freshness. The taste is doubled.
