Rice 2 go | |
Sushi vinegar | 90cc |
Fujies edamame (peeled) | 60g |
Dried sakura shrimp | 10g |
About 1/2 corn |
How to make
Remove the hair from the edamame with salt, rinse it with running water, and boil it in boiling water with a pinch of salt for about 5 minutes.
Peel the boiled green soybeans twice. (Peel thin skin)
Dried sakura shrimp is roasted to the extent that it does not burn and gives off a scent.
Add sushi vinegar to the rice and season, then mix ❷ edamame and ❸ dried sakura shrimp together.
(For both ❷❸, leave the portion to be served at the end)
Serve ❹ in a bowl and serve edamame, corn, and dried sakura shrimp in a colorful manner.
・ Both Fujies edamame and dried sakura shrimp are nutritious and available all year round, so you can enjoy them as chirashizushi ingredients regardless of the season.
